Northland College Welcome our newest students. Northland Highways, a 1-credit freshman seminar, is a relatively new fall course. Each section includes a small group of freshmen, a faculty or staff instructor, and an upperclassman student mentor. Students in Northland Highways learn how to connect with their new campus and curriculum, explore recreational and natural resources in the Chequamegon Bay area, and consider how they want to spend their four years in the Northland community. Contact Location: Brownell Hall 212 This year we are looking for nine regional alumni guest speakers to get to know freshmen during class meetings of Northland Highways in the fall of 2021. All graduating classes and fields are welcome. We are hoping to find alumni who are comfortable talking in medium-sized groups (approximately 17 students will be in each class) and who were involved in on-campus organizations (performing arts, athletics, student government, publications, research, clubs, etc
