At meeting held on 27 May 2021The Board of Strides Pharma Science at its meeting held on 27 May 2021 has allotted 12,450 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under Strides ESOP 2016 Plan.
Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,68,09,640 consisting of 8,96,80,964 equity shares to Rs. 89,69,34,140/- consisting of 8,96,93,414 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
