Maharashtra CM inspects Mumbai Metro construction day after reaching out to Opposition over issue
Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray inspected Mumbai Metro lines 7 and 2A on Sunday, according to a statement by the MMRDA. Thackeray had mentioned the ongoing metro construction work during his virtual address to the people of the state earlier this week.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday inspected the progress of the construction works of Mumbai Metro lines 7 and 2A. The visit came at the heels of a war of words between the Shiv Sena-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government in the state and the Opposition BJP.
