During an investigation, conducted by Oregon State Police, police discovered that the truck left the road and rolled multiple times, before finally hitting a utility pole. Police also say that both occupants were ejected from the truck. RMF says that a sheriff s deputy came upon the crash and initiated care to both occupants of the vehicle before rescue crews from Rural Metro Fire, Grants Pass Fire Rescue and AMR-Josephine County arrived.
