By Shane Healy Joyner Sked and Rudy Quinata were indicted by a Grand Jury earlier this week in connection with the murder of former Umatac Mayor Daniel Quinata Sanchez. Sked, 32, and Quinata 59, were charged with murder as a first degree felony and aggravated assault as a second degree felony. Sked is also being charged with the use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, according to a press release from the Office of the Attorney General. A grand Jury is made up of 16-23 members of the community who hear evidence and decide whether there is reasonable cause to believe that an accused has committed a crime.
