Vietnamese leisure airline Bamboo Airways on Dec. 20 conduced a flight to bring home more than 240 Vietnamese citizens stranded in Singapore due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Passengers on board the repatriation flight were minors under 18, people with underlying health issues, and many other special cases.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore sent staff to assist the citizens with necessary procedures before their departure.
Bamboo Airlines strictly implemented security, safety, and epidemiological measures during the flights to ensure the passengers’ health and prevent the possible spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
