Street Talk can reveal the company â which launched in Victoria in 2014 â has drafted in Macquarie Capitalâs investment bankers to help prepare it for life on the ASX boards.
Fund manager sources said the Silver Donutâs bankers had taken Keypath on a non-deal roadshow over the past couple of weeks, to familiarise funds with the company, its management, and its story.
Potential investors said the company expected $US91 million ($117 million) revenue in the 2021 financial year, and increasing to $US116 million in FY22.
