JSPL Foundation supports reconstruction of century-old school for girls at Mathura ANI | Updated: Dec 29, 2020 15:02 IST New Delhi [India], December 29 (ANI): JSPL Foundation has extended its support for the reconstruction of a century-old school for girls at Mathura, Sri Kishori Raman Girls Inter College. The new building of 30,000 square feet with all new amenities can house approximately 5,000 girl children. The foundation laying ceremony/Bhumi Pujan for the construction of the new building was held on December 27, 2020, according to an official release. The Chairperson of JSPL Foundation, Shallu Jindal attended the ceremony through virtual mode, according to a media release. The dilapidated old building of Sri Kishori Raman Girls Inter College, Mathura would be replaced with a new building.

Sources told news agency KDC that a CRPF trooper identified as Constable Vikas of 3rd Battalion CRPF recieved injuries after alert sentry fired some aerial shots after observing suspicious movement at Papchan Camp in Bandipora. He was rushed to nearby hospital for treatment and is said to be stable, sources added. Meanwhile, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bandipora, Rahul Malik said that the incident is being verified.

URL copied 4 COVID-positive jail inmates run away from hospital (Representational Image) Four COVID-positive jail inmates, who were taken to a hospital for treatment, ran away on Sunday evening in this Uttar Pradesh district but the police managed to nab three of them, officials said. According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Santosh Kumar Singh, the four accused three from the Khurja Nagar police station and one from the Kotwali Rural police station were sent to jail on December 19. All four tested positive for COVID-19 the same day and were sent to the L2 hospital in Khurja Nagar, the officer said, adding that police were deployed outside their ward.
