According to sources, a neighbor reported to police on Emergency 15 that a girl was under house arrest in Valencia Town, after the girl called her neighbor from window of the room. Police rushed to the spot and rescued the woman from her brother s captivity who had locked her over property issue. Kahna police arrested the accused and registered a case on the complaint of the victim girl Huma.
