Kylee Peta Jenkin A Cannonvale woman fronted court after police found her with marijuana and a glass bottle bong. Kylee Peta Jenkin faced Proserpine Magistrates Court this week and pleaded guilty to possessing dangerous drugs and a bong. Police prosecutor Sergeant Emma Myors told the court police went to a property for a different matter in January and found 0.6g of marijuana and the bong. Jenkin, 48, was fined $200 and convictions were recorded.
Raymond Forrest A recovering alcoholic says he took up smoking marijuana after he stopped drinking booze. Raymond Forrest faced Proserpine Magistrates Court this week after police found 12.6g of marijuana and a water pipe in his possession.

But Ferguson kept following and when the man pulled into a driveway on Poole St, she rammed into his parked car. The court heard the man s car then crashed into another parked car, which then hit a wire fence. Sen-Constable Rowe said Ferguson s behaviour was excessive and put community members at risk. Magistrate James Morton was handed a quote showing repairs to the damaged vehicle totalled $8228.91. Ferguson pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, which was labelled a domestic violence offence.

The 34-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, hurled a barrage of insults at the woman and was brought back down to size when the Bowen magistrate spoke. Police prosecutor Senior Constable Sarah Rowe told Bowen Magistrates Court the couple were arguing in January. Sen-Constable Rowe said during the altercation the man called the woman a b , fat c - and grabbed a mirror to put in front of her so she could see her reflection.

Luke Owen Wood A man who was caught drug driving three times in a little more than a month fronted Bowen Magistrates Court to be sentenced. Luke Owen Wood, 30, had methylamphetamine and marijuana in his system all three times. Police prosecutor Senior Constable Sarah Rowe told the court Wood was first caught on the Bruce Highway at Glenella on October 11. He was then caught on Shute Harbour Rd at Jubilee Pocket on November 3 and finally on Riordanvale Rd at Cannon Valley on November 22. Wood on Tuesday pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving on a probationary licence.
