Annual Trends Research Shows That UK Recruiters have Accelerated Digital Transformation in Light of COVID-19
UK Recruiters Rank Labour Market and Hiring Freezes as Top Challenges for the First Time in a Decade
The last year saw a dramatic rise in the number of UK recruitment businesses employing a digital transformation strategy. According to Bullhorn s 2021 Global Recruitment Insights and Data (GRID), a survey of more than 2,000 recruitment professionals, more than two-fifths (43 percent) reported having a digital transformation process in place, compared to only a quarter (25 percent) last year. Recruiters whose firms aren’t undertaking a digital transformation process say that COVID-19 has made them more likely to adopt one (23 percent), while other firms say it has ramped up their existing efforts (33 percent).

Etihad Cargo reports 50pc rise in pharma shipments
Abu Dhabi, UAE, January 20, 2021 Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Aviation Group, has reported a 50 per cent year-on-year rise (y-o-y) in pharma shipments under its specialised PharmaLife product. The double-digit annual growth comes as the carrier marks its second anniversary of achieving and operating IATA CEIV certification for pharmaceutical and life science logistics (IATA CEIV Pharma), in conjunction with its hub at Abu Dhabi International Airport and Etihad Airport Services – one of only 24 such certified carriers worldwide. Etihad Cargo currently operates across more than 1,050 IATA CEIV Pharma/GDP certified trade lands which ensure the integrity of products during transportation.
