Burlington, IA- The Burlington Parks and Recreation Department will hold a public forum on Tuesday, August 17th, to receive public input on a new playground at Dankwardt Park. The public forum will be held from 5 to 7 PM at the current playground at Dankwardt Park, where citizens will be allowed to give their thoughts to city staff. The Burlington Beacon reports that Burlington's Capital Improvement Program includes $300,000 in the 2022 fiscal year for the Dankwardt playground project.
