CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Mecklenburg County Public Health Department has officially received the COVID-19 vaccine.
The vaccine arrived Tuesday and health officials say paramedics from Mecklenburg EMS and Public Health vaccine staff will be first in line to receive it.
The department is one of three health departments in North Carolina to receive the initial Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, the county confirmed to WBTV.
