C.J. Davis, the woman who could be Memphis next police chief, will likely meet with the public in some way before the Memphis City Council votes to confirm her as the next chief of the Memphis Police Department.

When asked Tuesday if she would attend a public forum hosted by the Memphis City Council, Davis said yes.
