The Ontario Pork Congress (OPC) board of directors announced that the June 2021 Ontario Pork Congress will not be held as an “in-person” tradeshow or a Virtual Tradeshow this year. This is a result of the quickly changing COVID-19 pandemic and with guidance from public health officials.
“The health and safety of all involved is our top priority at this time and we appreciate your understanding given current circumstances. Any details will be released via email communication or social media channels,” says an OPC press release.

The New Mart showroom building, along with the California Market Center and the Cooper Design Space in Los Angeles’ Fashion District, announced Jan. 19 that they would produce February market weeks Feb. 8–10 and Feb. 15–18. The New Mart announcement advised its tenants that participation in these in-person shows is voluntary.
The Designers and Agents trade show announced Jan. 19 that it would cancel its in-person show scheduled to take place in March in Los Angeles due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. D&A will produce a virtual trade show on the website
designersandagents.digital. D&A does intend to produce an in-person show in New York City Sept. 18–20.
Manufacturer and associate members will showcase their products through virtual exhibit booths, technical sessions and product demos.

CHICAGO PTDA is hosting its first Virtual Trade Show on March 16, giving power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) manufacturers and distributors the opportunity to focus on PT/MC product knowledge and channel partner relationships.
During the virtual trade show, PTDA manufacturer and associate members will showcase their products through virtual exhibit booths, technical sessions and product demos. Exhibitors can fully engage with virtual show-goers, network with booth visitors, exchange valuable contact and other information in real time. Exhibitors are able to choose from multiple booth designs and customize them to fit their specific needs.
