A husband accused of murdering his wife before trying to kill himself in an allegedly deliberate car crash has declared he is innocent.
Zoran Pandilovksi, 45, is facing one count of murder and two counts of reckless conduct placing a person in danger of death.
In the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
Police will allege Pandilovski killed his wife Elaine Pandilovski on July 14 this year at Mill Park in Melbourne s north-east before dumping her body underneath the home they used to share.

Magistrate Belinda Wallington found the Gold Logie-winning star not guilty on all 13 charges during a virtual hearing in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday. Ms Wallington said the prosecution had not proven beyond reasonable doubt key elements in the charges, including that McLachlan did not know the women were not consenting and whether the acts were indecent.

Prominent Australian actor Craig McLachlan has been cleared of assaulting four of his co-stars while performing in a Melbourne musical.
The 55-year-old was charged with seven counts of indecent assault and six counts of common law assault against four women on the set of the Rocky Horror Show in 2014.
McLachlan is best known in New Zealand for appearing in Aussie soap operas Neighbours and Home and Away in the 1980s and 90s.
Watching via a video link, McLachlan looked to the ceiling and remained silent as Magistrate Belinda Wallington found him not guilty on all 13 charges at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

A Victoria Police officer is facing accusations of sexual assault in which he allegedly raped a woman, kissed her neck and squeezed her hips without her consent and forced her to touch his genitals.
The officer, who cannot be named due to a suppression order, is facing one charge of rape, six counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual activity directed at another.
The alleged incident occurred between April 25 and 26. The man was off duty at the time, police said in a statement released when he was charged in November.
