Loren Culp on Friday is formally announcing his candidacy for Washington’s 4th Congressional District, running against fellow Republican Dan Newhouse. Friday morning, Culp officially launched culpforcongress.com. In a Facebook Live video on Tuesday night, Culp said, “Coming up this weekend, we are having a rally yes, a full-blown rally. Some of you that attended our rallies last year, you know it’s a great time. It starts Friday night, 6 p.m., at the Clover Island Inn in Kennewick, down in Tri-Cities. We’re gonna have live music and a couple of speakers. One of them will be me.”
