Flagler County is hosting a candlelight vigil at 4 p.m. Monday, May 17, to remember those residents who lost their lives to COVID-19. The ceremony will take place in front of the Government Services – inside if it rains.

LAS CRUCES - Scores of friends, family members, community members and even a couple of celebrities showed up Saturday afternoon for a drive-by parade to show their support for Manny Lopez.
Manny, 12, has been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer. His mother, Diana Talamantes, organized the parade to show Manny how much he is loved and supported by the community.
Manny sat outside his home in a wheelchair under a Team Manny banner while residents drove by, waved and shouted caring messages. At one point, the Transformer Bumblebee and Mickey Mouse approached the house to meet Manny and share a message of appreciation.
