Sessions Court Judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim fixed the date for Ruhit Najh Nabas following an application by the prosecution. The prosecution informed the court that the witness who was supposed to testify, is currently at the area where the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) is being implemented. ADVERTISEMENT The court was further informed that EMCO at the area is scheduled to end on Aug 11 this year. Ruhit is accused of raping the 15-year-old girl at 12.30am between August 2018 and January 2019 in a house in Penampang.
