CHICO, Calif. - Mayor Andrew Coolidge and Vice Mayor Kasey Reynolds believe something may be missing from the 2019 state continuum of care report which includes the number of beds available for the homeless. One of the discrepancies is that there could actually be more beds available and more beds in our community than what is being reported,” said Reynolds. “There are private organizations and there are religious organizations that do sober living environments and things like that who don t necessarily report to the CoC and the numbers that are being provided today are strictly numbers based upon the CoC findings.”
