There are plenty of reasons to believe 2020 will continue this in force, as we see more even females entrepreneurs on the rise. We are at a unique point of transition and many of the hurdles experienced by women are going to be a thing of the past, meaning the universe is aligning to our favor. The workforce and the entrepreneurial platforms are becoming increasingly diverse as more women, including women of color, seek to make their visions a reality and capitalize on it.

Mary Jackson and Delara Zarrabi, a senior investment professional and managing director at investment firm Platinum Equity. Their appointments will not only add a broad range of skills to our board, but also support our commitment to diversity at the board level,” PAE board chairman Marshall Heinberg said in a release Monday. Jackson retired in July 2020 after a three-decade military career that included service in roles such as commander of Navy Region Southeast and commander of Navy Installation Command. She also advised the chief of naval operations and Navy secretary on strategies for infrastructure, shore resiliency, and diversity and inclusion.
