The Park Heights neighborhood is set to win big with the redevelopment of Pimlico Race Course.The sounds of Pimlico coming to life reaches deep into the neighborhoods surrounding the track. Residents who live near the racecourse, like Tony Roberts, are able to cash in on the crowds. I see a lot of people looking for parking. People sell their parking spaces. We got parking in our backyards, Roberts said.Other than making some extra money, Roberts and his friends have no ties to Pimlico.
