MasterChef star accused of sexual assault granted school disciplinary records of his alleged victim

02:41 EDT, 21 April 2021 5 shares MasterChef s Ben Ungermann has been granted the high school disciplinary records of his alleged child victim which he plans to use as a weapon against her in court.  Daily Mail Australia revealed in May that Ungermann faced three separate charges of sexually assaulting his alleged teenage victim. On Wednesday, fellow season nine contestant and Ungermann s lawyer, Ben Bullock,  filed a subpoena with the Melbourne Magistrates Court requesting access to the child s records from 2014 to 2020.  Ben Ungermann has appeared in a Melbourne court via video link in Queensland.  He is expected to eventually have to return to Melbourne to face child sex  allegations
