TRAFFIC ALERT: Lane closures in St. Johns County this week
Drivers in St. Johns County can expect traffic delays this week, especially on parts of U.S. 1. Here is a list of Florida Department of Transportation road projects scheduled through Thursday, April 8.
I-95: Nighttime southbound lane and ramp closures at U.S. 1 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday and Tuesday for paving. Nighttime northbound lane and ramp closures at U.S. 1 on Wednesday and Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. for paving. When the exit ramps are closed, traffic will detour to Matanzas Woods Parkway to I-95 northbound back to U.S. 1. When the entrance ramps are closed, traffic will detour to State Road 206 back to I-95.

St. Johns County road and lane closures: Through Dec. 12, 2020

Information on road and lane closures provided by the Florida Department of Transportation.
• I-95: Daytime lane closures from the Flagler County line to State Road 207 weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for shoulder work.
• May Street: Nighttime lane closures weeknights from 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for work related to the drainage project.
• San Marco Avenue: Nighttime lane closures, including the slip lane, from Nelmar Avenue to Dufferin Street weeknights from 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for work related to the drainage project.
• State Road 16: Daytime lane closures at Nine Mile Road Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for road work.
