Two brief notes: When Bill T., TOP s unofficial and occasional but still highly valued proofreader (thanks Bill!), alerted me to some formatting errors in the Official Check post, I opened it to find all sorts of wayward gobbledegook in the HTML. The assistant editor does not know how that got there. It should be set right now; but I was away from the computer for quite a while yesterday and I wanted to apologize for leaving the undies out on the clothesline while I was gone. I ll get on the assistant editor s case about it. He s a distractable scalawag.
