Orchard Lake Schools CEO accused of sexual abuse, retaliation against alleged victims
Former employees of Orchard Lake Schools in West Bloomfield Township are accusing the chancellor and CEO of sexual abuse and retaliation against them after they reported it, according to a federal lawsuit.

WEST BLOOMFIELD TWP., Mich. (WXYZ) â Former employees of Orchard Lake Schools in West Bloomfield Township are accusing the chancellor and CEO of sexual abuse and retaliation against them after they reported it, according to a federal lawsuit.
It was filed in the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of two John Does. They claim Rev. Miroslaw Krol would make repeated sexual advances and become irate if they rejected him.

But when Krol’s abuse was repeatedly reported to Orchard Lake’s board of trustees, which includes the Most Rev. Allen H. Vigneron, Archbishop of the Detroit Archdiocese, these men say they were either forced to resign or were abruptly fired. Krol is currently on leave, according to a statement from Steve Gross, Chairman of the Board of Regents:
“In our judgment, these former employees of the Orchard Lake Schools who are asserting these claims while simultaneously seeking to remain anonymous have mischaracterized the circumstances surrounding their terminations. It is important to note all individuals named in the lawsuit are adults. These former employees bringing this employment action did not work with any minors, nor did their roles involve the
Attorneys for a man convicted of a 2002 Warren kidnapping and armed robbery say there is overwhelming proof that ruling should be overturned due to confessions 10 years later by two other men along with other new evidence, some of which was not provided by authorities.
Kenyon Clinton, now 40, previously of Detroit, was convicted in February 2005 of kidnapping and robbing a man a gunpoint at the Mobil gas station at Eight Mile and Schoenherr roads around midnight May 14, 2002, following a trial in Macomb County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to 37 years in prison.
The culprits let the victim go 20 minutes later in a nearby Detroit neighborhood.

th District Court in Warren on Thursday approved providing $3,500 at $150 per hour for the defense to hire the expert in the case of Nicholas R. Bahri. He who is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Tukoyo Moore, 32, Mooreâs 6-year-old son, Taiâraz, and his girlfriend, Isis Rimson, 28. Their bodies were found the morning of Oct. 1.
