Elderly man dies after being found in cardiac arrest by dog walker on Rowley Hills

A 78 year old man was found by a dog walker in the Rowley Hills this morning. AN elderly man has sadly passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest on the Rowley Hills. The 78 year old was found by a dog walker at around 10:20 this morning, who attempted basic life support but paramedics say nothing could be done to save the man. Police say the incident is not suspicious. A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: An elderly man has been confirmed dead after being found in cardiac arrest on the Rowley Hills by a dog walker. An ambulance, a paramedic officer, the Hazardous Area response Team and the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car were sent to the scene after a 999 call at just after 10.20 this morning, Thursday.
