Two men have been arrested on suspicion of kidnap in Stoke-on-Trent.
Around eight police cars were spotted by witnesses on Chamberlain Avenue in Penkhull at around 8am this morning (April 4).
Witnesses also saw paramedics around the Croft Crescent and Tudor Close area.
