On 29 January 2021, Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) purchased 467,539 of its own Ordinary Shares, for cancellation, at 40p per share. As a result, and i n accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 29 January 2021 comprises 91,324,260 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right. The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company) confirm that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at 30 November 2020 was 56.27p per Ordinary Share. The Directors propose that a final dividend of 1.00p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 30 November 2020, be paid on 16 April 2021 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 March 2021. The Company has in place a Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS) through which Shareholders may elect to have their dividend payments used to apply for new Ordinary Shares issued by the Company under the standing authority requested from Shareholders at Annual General Meetings.
