Cumberland shows character, care as COVID-19 rages

New England Humane Society opens at former Cumberland Animal Control
CUMBERLAND – New England Humane Society Director Susan Joseph and her family toured animal shelter after animal shelter seeking inspiration for their own rescue, “and every time we’d leave, we felt so sad and heavy,” Joseph said.
