WASHINGTON, D.C. â During his time in Washington, D.C., one of U.S. Rep. Rob Bishopâs key goals has been limiting his own power as a lawmaker.
âEverything I did was to try to push the idea of federalism, so the federal government doesnât control as much of your life,â he said. âI want to be able to do less to people when I leave than what I was able to do when I came in.â
