CSU Spur hires general manager for Denver campus 20 May, 2021
Michelle Kelley started May 17 as the general manager of CSU Spur, bringing more than 20 years of property manager experience in managing multi-use campuses and a commitment to creating excellent experiences for both visitors and staff.
“We are thrilled to have her joining the Spur team, and working with all of the CSU community to bring Spur to life, starting in January,” said Jocelyn Hittle, assistant vice chancellor of CSU Spur.
Michelle Kelley joins CSU Spur as the general manager.
Kelley most recently came from a senior property manager role at the Colorado Center property near Colorado Boulevard and Interstate 25, with Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc. – a company she worked with since 2006. Kelley is the second dedicated hire for CSU Spur; in February, Kathryn Venzor was hired as the Director of Education for CSU Spur.

Mayor Quinton Lucas called the event a formal kick-off, and said there’s more work to do to make sure traffic safety isn t an afterthought when developing and rebuilding Kansas City.
Mayor Quinton Lucas kicked off the Vision Zero initiative today, along the route of one of Kansas City’s newest bikeway projects.
The initiative will encourage a fresh look at the way the city designs, builds and evaluates streets, the mayor said.
He was the husband of Patricia A. Kelley for nearly 50 years.
The son of John A. Kelley and Dorothy (Callahan) Kelley, he was born in Boston and raised in Braintree. He was a 1967 graduate of Archbishop Williams High School.
Mr. Kelley served as a sergeant in the US Air Force. He was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, Strategic Air Command Headquarters, in Omaha, Nebraska, where he would meet the woman who became his wife.
He joined Digital Equipment Corporation in 1972 and held various management positions over the course of 30 years. After his retirement as the vice president of global services operations of Compaq Computer Corporation in 2002, Mr. Kelley continued to work; he held vice president positions at Spectralink and Tandberg and, at the time of his death, was vice president of operations for Critical Alert.
