NHPC Quarters at Jyotipuram declared Micro Containment Zone

Share Reasi: District Magistrate, Reasi Ajay Kumar Sharma, today declared NHPC Quarters at Jyotipuram as micro containment zone. As per an order, the above-mentioned area shall be under strict lockdown and tight perimeter control, except for essential needs. There shall be no movement, whatsoever, in and out of the Micro Containment zone. For any medical emergency, individuals can contact 24X7-control Room at No. 01991-245669 and necessary facilitation shall be done. It shall be mandatory for the persons residing in designated Containment Zone to get themselves tested and any refusal in this regard shall invite action including filing of FIR under relevant provisions of Disaster Management Act.

These housing societies have been warned that the civic body would impose Rs 25,000 fines if they are found violating the COVID 19 norms the second time. Vijaygad Society in Sector 25 Nerul, Ganesh Tower in Sector 1 in Vashi, Mahavir Malhar Society in Sector 6 in Ghansoli Division and A1 and A5 building in Millennium Tower in Sector 9 Sanpada was found violating the norms for Micro Containment Zones. All these five societies have been fined Rs 10,000.
