Multiple Fox Attacks In Rockland Prompt Warnings
Multiple fox attacks have taken place in Rockland over the past 48 hours. According to a report by the Village Soup, a woman was grilling on her deck when a fox appeared out of nowhere and attached her dog, a small rat terrier, the woman did her best to pry her dog from the mouth of the fox and was bitten in the process.
Prior to that fox attack, another dog was attached by a fox in a close by neighborhood. Despite efforts by Rockland Police and a warden with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the fox has not been located.
