The event was within the framework of a macro-economic reform and green growth facilitation project funded by the German government via the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). Deputy Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) Nguyễn Hoa Cương called for policies and orientations to incorporate sustainable development and green growth goals into provincial-level socio-economic development plan for each year and for 2021-2025.
