(Photo courtesy Fremont Police Department)  FREMONT, Calif. - A 28-year-old suspect is facing additional charges after a third sexual battery case involving an elderly female was tied to the man, Fremont police say.  Alexander Lomax, who police said is homeless and based out of Hayward, is accused of assaulting two women in separate attacks on Thursday. A 67-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and severely beaten and a 57-year-old woman was assaulted with the intent to rape, according to police.
