There was a drop in the net payrolls for three age groups, under 18, 18-21, and 22-25, while those between 25-35 saw a growth in payroll additions. As the deadly second wave of coronavirus unleashed mayhem in India, with COVID-19 fatalities mounting to over 4,000 per day, companies across various sectors stepped in to lend help and hope to their employees.
