A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the 2020 death of Tamara Benoit, RCMP say.

The mother of a Manitoba woman found dead last fall says her fight is not over, after a 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in her daughter s death.
Between November 30 and December 6, 2020, Manitoba RCMP handed out a total of 285 warnings and 85 tickets related to COVID-19 enforcement. Total fines were over $122,000.
