South Carolina rapper 18veno was shot dead last night, the York County Coroner’s Office in South Carolina confirmed to Pitchfork. He was was pronounced dead at the Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. An investigation by the York County Sheriff’s Department is ongoing. 18veno was 19 years old. Born Paul Harts, 18veno grew up in Winnsboro, South Carolina after spending the first few years of his life in Washington, D.C. 18veno was inspired by the sounds of Southern trap; he’s cited rappers like Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti, and Jeezy as early influences. He started rapping in fourth grade and began posting his work publicly a few years later.

Pa Turnpike crash leaves one dead in York County

Updated: 8:31 AM EST January 21, 2021 YORK, Pa. The York County Coroner s Office was dispatched by County Control on Jan. 20 at approximately 9:37 a.m. and reported to the scene of a truck crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The crash occurred at the Spangler s Mill Road overpass. Deputy Coroner Matthew Groft investigated and certified the death. The driver of the truck left the Pennsylvania Turnpike roadway for unknown reasons and then struck the bridge barrier. The tractor trailer then overturned, rolling over the embankment and then onto the underpass roadway. The truck operator died at the scene. There will be no autopsy and the cause and manner of death are still pending.

Marvin Alfredo Reyes Castillo died at the scene. The York County Coroner’s Office says Castillo was driving a pick-up truck the wrong way on I-77 when he crashed into a semi-truck. Update: York County coroner identifies man who died at hospital after house fire in Jackson Township

Updated: 12:15 AM EST January 11, 2021 YORK COUNTY, Pa. Update (Jan.10) The York County Coroner s Office has identified the man who died at York Hospital after a fire in Jackson Township. Walter Krout, 88, of the 6300 block of Pine Road was the victim, according to the coroner. The coroner says his cause of death was ruled as inhalation and burns due to the fire. Krout s manner of death was ruled as accidental, the coroner said. Previous: A man died at the hospital hours after his home went up in flames on Thursday morning in Jackson Township, the York County Coroner s Office said in a release.
