A York City man accused of selling marijuana was on house arrest, wearing an electronic ankle cuff and in possession of guns including a ghost gun when police arrested him, authorities allege.
He was also in possession of body armor, according to court documents.
Derren James Williams, 24, of the 100 block of South Albemarle Street, is free on $15,000 bail, charged with five counts of drug possession with intent to deliver and one count unlawful possession of body armor, all felonies, plus lesser drug-possession charges, court records state.

An op-ed was recently published from Ron Ruman of West Manchester Township regarding the sale of the York City wastewater treatment plant. As a former supervisor from West Manchester Township, I agree that the suburban user municipalities should continue to oppose the sale and the associated rate hikes that will accompany it. I am also happy to see that the current Board of Supervisors at West Manchester Township have already taken this position from the onset of this issue to protect their residents from future excessive rate hikes.
Arrest made in York County homicide: police

24-year-old Patrick Charles Guyer was arrested on charges of criminal homicide and burglary, according to Hanover Borough Police Chief Chad Martin.
Guyer was taken into custody without incident at a home in Dillsburg, Martin said.
The killing was originally reported as a disturbance at a home in the 300 block of High Street at 3:41 a.m., Martin said previously. When officers arrived, they found the home had been forced into and a 59-year-old man was deceased.
The victim has not been identified by officials as of Thursday.
The incident appeared to be isolated and the public was not in danger, Martin said.
