When Eugene and Co. reopened for indoor dining on Valentine’s Day, the new American restaurant in Bed Stuy was not the same bustling eatery it had been before the COVID-19 pandemic. At 25% capacity the maximum allowed under Governor Andrew Cuomo’s recent executive order permitting indoor dining to resume in New York City the intimate space can now host eight people inside at a time, in addition to the 16 who can be accommodated at heated tables on the curb.
More than 90% of NYC restaurants could not pay their full rent in December, according to the NYC Hospitality Alliance, a new high during the Covid-19 pandemic.
FEMA to open more vaccination centers in New York and Texas
FEMA will open additional vaccination centers in Texas and New York next week, part of its effort to potentially set up 100 mass vaccination sites nationwide. And if the military has to man each of these stations, it s possible that there could be 18,000 military personnel involved in putting in vaccines.

TEXAS Houston - NRG Center will be able to vaccinate 6,000 people a day. Dallas - Fair Park Cotton Bowl Stadium will be able to vaccinate 3,000 people a day.
