Evidence of very large insect activity in several areas: York County restaurant inspections

The following York County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between Nov. 15-21.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.

Violations:
Observed Krispy Kreme doughnut case having a large accumulation of static dust build-up around fan grates at the time of inspection. Case stores ready-to-eat doughnut’s within unit.
Observed three three-compartment sink faucets and sprayer soiled with an accumulation of old encrusted food and dirt and in need of cleaning.
