Belarus president taking part in EAEU online summit

MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko is taking part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council held as a video conference on 21 May, BelTA has learned.
Attending the event are the presidents of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), Honorary Chairman of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the presidents of Cuba and Uzbekistan, the observer states at the EAEU.
The agenda includes 15 issues. The heads of state of the Eurasian Economic Union will be briefed on the work done to agree on approaches to pricing and tariff setting in the EAEU common gas market, and the issue related to setting the tariff for gas transportation from third countries.
