All Blacks star Beauden Barrett says he has picked up plenty of tips from England coach Eddie Jones at Japanese club Suntory Sungoliath. “He s like that with all the players. He s certainly a wealth of knowledge. He s been around, he understands rugby, and I genuinely know he s great for Suntory.’’ Barrett’s comments to various media resulted in England’s Rugby Football Union issuing a statement saying: ”Eddie has had a consultancy agreement with Suntory for over 20 years. “We have been aware and comfortable with that since he joined the RFU. He provides consultancy in his holidays and this role is in no way a conflict with his England team priorities.

London – The Rugby Football Union gave its backing to England head coach Eddie Jones on Tuesday following the team’s fifth-placed finish in the Six Nations championship but made a series of recommendations to improve performance.
England delivered a poor defense of the title won in the delayed 2019 tournament, losing to Scotland, Wales and Ireland, while shining briefly in victory over France and collecting a comfortable win over Italy.
