Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjeeâs letter to leaders of various parties opposed to the rule of Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Centre has triggered much speculation in the state which is going through a high-voltage and prolonged eight-phase election.
