Ipswich primary school pupils were dancing with joy on their first day back in the classroom after their teachers held an outdoor disco.
Staff at Rushmere Hall Primary School hosted two playground discos for the children when they returned on Monday, giving them a chance to show off moves taught by headteacher Paul Fykin during online lessons.

Mr Fykin had hosted dance classes throughout the lockdown, with teachers also taking part in a school version of the hit TV show the Masked Singer.

The virtual work outs began just two weeks ago, but are already attracting 300 pupils a session across four sessions a week - 1,200 pupils in all.

Suffolk and north Essex headteachers have said schools are well-versed and prepared for a safe reopening as coronavirus lockdown measures are lifted on March 8.
Prime minister Boris Johnson announced earlier this week all students will return to classrooms next month in the first step of England s roadmap out of restrictions.
As part of the plans, students at secondary schools and colleges will be given Covid-19 tests three times in the first two weeks.
But the National Education Union (NEU) has said the government is not following scientific advice and has called for students to return in phases to prevent future closures.

Alex Davison, the school s chair of governors, added: “Rushmere Hall has always done things differently. Its ethos is quite different from other schools and we are excited that we have found a trust that shares the values and attitudes we have. The aim is to provide and support all our children to reach their full potential and we look forward to working in partnership with the trust to achieve the best educational environment possible.”
Rebekah Iiyambo, chief executive of the Eko Trust, said she has high hopes for the school, while the trust is also looking to expand further into Suffolk.
