Court puts lawsuits filed by Navalny s defense against penitentiary on hold until May 12 VORONEZH. April 28 (Interfax) - The Petushki District Court in the Vladimir region has put on hold all three lawsuits filed by Russian opposition activist Alexei Navalny s lawyer against the administration of Penitentiary No. 2 in Pokrov where Navalny is serving his time, the court press service told Interfax. These lawsuits have been put on hold until May 12. This decision was made as [Navalny s] lawyer Vadim Kobzev failed to present documents vesting him with power of attorney in court, the press service said. As reported earlier, Navalny s lawyer has filed three lawsuits against the administration of Penitentiary No. 2 in Pokrov with the Petushki District Court in the Vladimir region.
