While Indian foreign secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla met with his Russian counterpart on a two-day visit to Moscow, and Russia and Pakistan scale up military and economic cooperation, a September 2015 paper published in Russiaâs top think-tank has revealed Moscowâs highly positive view of Pakistan, which it considers âtransformationalâ for its Eurasian vision, and âalluringâ and beneficial for India as well.
