KYIV, April 27 (Reuters) - Ukraine s SBU security service has detained a local resident on suspicion of planning a Russian-ordered cyber attack on the resources of Ukrainian state institutions, it said on Tuesday. The attack targeted central and local governments, and the aim was to block the operation of information and critical infrastructure facilities, an SBU statement said.
In Moscow, Russia s Federal Security Service (FSB) did not immediately response to a request for comment on the accusation.
The SBU said the hacker was meant to send a disguised file containing spyware to Ukrainian officials.

MINSK, 26 April (BelTA) - The possible involvement of the United States in plotting a military coup in Belarus is being investigated, Director of the Russian Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov said on the air of the Rossiya-1 TV channel on 25 April, TASS reported.
Alexander Bortnikov stressed that the case files confirmed that this was an attempt to carry out a military coup. This is confirmed by the unbiased and reliable data that we received after detaining individuals in Moscow. At the moment, an active work of investigative agencies in Belarus is underway, the FSB director said.
Peskov: Russian security services have proof of a conspiracy against Lukashenko

MOSCOW, 26 April (BelTA) – Russian security services have all the necessary proof of a conspiracy against Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko, TASS quoted Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov as saying.
The official said: “Our security services have the proof. Our security services worked together [with Belarusian ones] to mount an operation designed to foil criminal plans meant to overthrow the legal government in Belarus. The security services have all the necessary proof. Besides, they also have confessions of some of the plotters.”
