CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland City Council has approved more than $31 million in improvements for city-owned buildings, parks and properties, including $2.1 million to spend at the venerable West Side Market that will hopefully be a step towards stabilizing the iconic landmark.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland’s Rockefeller Park Greenhouse, long a favorite site for visitors, will reopen Friday after a year of closure forced by the coronavirus pandemic.
Mayor Frank Jackson’s administration announced in March the city would begin reopening sites, including outdoor pools, some playgrounds and ball fields. The reopened sites, though, will still have restrictions in place to deter spreading of the coronavirus.
